Our base fees are very competitive within the industry. Our fees include the payment of all required U.S. Government Agency fees, to include the United States Department of State.
Some items may be subject to restrictions or limitations - it must be considered both what items are being shipped and what their destination is. The following lists are related to what items may or may not be approved, exportable items. In addition, please review the State Department list of export-controlled countries for guidance as to where shipments may be permitted. Items subject to Export Control Laws are categorized in one of the following: Munitions List The munitions list is published by the U.S. Department of State in International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) documentation. The munitions list is focused on potential military applications or technologies that are military related in nature Commerce Controlled List The munitions list is published by the U.S. Department of State in Export Administration Regulations (EAR) focused on "dual use" technologies having both legitimate commercial purposes and potential military applications In addition, under the provisions of the international Chemical Weapons Convention, the United States may require documentation and special declarations related to chemical shipments under ITAR or EAR regulations.
